Overview:
The Shipping/Receiving Receptionist is responsible for coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, managing inventory records, and providing front desk support. This role ensures smooth communication between departments and vendors while maintaining accurate documentation for all shipping and receiving activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and handle incoming calls professionally.
Process and track incoming and outgoing shipments.
Verify and maintain shipping documents and inventory logs.
Coordinate with carriers and internal teams for timely deliveries.
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of shipping procedures and inventory management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
